Pride Expeditions and UK Adventures take part in remote often hostile environments with inherent risks. Everything in the lead up to your expedition is designed to prepare you to for this and to prepare us to keep you as safe as possible. Our guides are the best in the industry and put a lot of work into minimizing the risks and providing a fun and enjoyable experience.
Our expeditions are designed to push you out of your comfort zone and generate an environment whereby everyone must come together and work hard to achieve a common goal. This is done with the help and support of an amazing team of local guides, porters, cooks and drivers. Your safety and comfort is always at the forefront of our mind.

We offer something different, we break the mould. We do not offer off the shelf package holidays. We think very carefully about all our expeditions to make sure they offer our clients something unique and special. We do not discriminate or judge we support and encourage and persuade you towards your goal.
Our Goals
We pride ourselves in offering off the beaten track adventures to popular and iconic destinations. We often choose slightly more challenging, remoter or slower routes to popular destinations such as Everest Base Camp. This enables you to fully experience the local culture, take in the views without the crowds and spend some quality time with your fellow travellers and local guides. Although these routs can be tougher we support you in the build up to the expedition and during the expedition to make sure you are prepared and well equipped to deal with this.
How to book your place
We are a small gay-friendly company offering a personal service to all. We will send out kit lists, terms and conditions and all the information to you once you have paid a deposit. This is how to make a booking with us. Once you have booked with us our small team will support you throughout your expedition experience. You will hear from Nick Read, Managing Director or Ann Daniels, Administration assistant as soon as a deposit is paid. Nick Read delivers most of the expeditions and Snowdonia walking and climbing adventures.

He is an active member of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors (AMI) and The British Association of International Mountain Leaders (BAIML)
