• To book a place on a LGBTQ+ friendly adventure holiday or UK adventure please pay your deposit online and we will contact you. During the booking process you may need to fill out a form detailing exactly what you require. This can be done on the website via the 'Book Your Place' tab or via bank transfer. For our bank details please contact us.

• We are open to all, you do not have to be LGBTQ+ to come on our expeditions or adventures. You need to agree to our equality and non-discriminatory policy.

• You can pay in America Dollars, Euros, Canadian Dollars, Swiss Francs and any number of other currencies. When you pay with your credit card our website will convert the price advertised into your currency according to the currency exchange rates on that day. If you would like to know exactly how much that is before paying please contact info@prideexpeditions.co.uk on the day you wish to pay.

• A deposit holds your place on a trip and is refundable until enough deposits have been received for the trip to be viable. At this stage you will be issued with an expedition confirmation notice. This is the point in-country bookings will be made and your deposit will become non-refundable. Once an expedition has been confirmed you will receive a payment schedule detailing payment deadlines for the expedition or trip.

• If you wish you can pay for the expedition or UK adventure in one payment or split it out according to the payment schedule depending on your financial situation.

For UK Operators selling Packages in the UK, EU & Worldwide

In accordance with the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Regulations 2018, Directive (EU)2015/2302 or the local applicable law in the country of residence of the passengers booking with Pride Expeditions Ltd are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies received by us, including repatriation costs and arrangements, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Pride Expeditions Ltd.

The respective laws accordingly to the country of residence of the passengers usually only requires us to provide cover for Package and Linked Travel Arrangements, there is no requirement for Financial Protection of day trips or single elements, and none is provided unless the local law requires such. If you have questions on this then please contact Pride Expeditions Ltd.

Pride Expeditions Ltd has taken out an insurance provided by International Passenger Protection Ltd (IPP) with Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE (LMIE) trading as Liberty Specialty Markets, a member of the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. LMIE registered office: 5-7 rue Leon Laval, L-3372, Leudelange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Registered Number B232280 (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés).  LMIE is a European public limited liability company and is supervised by the Commissariat aux Assurances and licensed by the Luxembourg Minister of Finance as an insurance and reinsurance company. This insurance is only valid for passengers who book and pay directly with/to Pride Expeditions Ltd.
