• To book a place on a LGBTQ+ friendly adventure holiday or UK adventure please pay your deposit online and we will contact you. During the booking process you may need to fill out a form detailing exactly what you require. This can be done on the website via the 'Book Your Place' tab or via bank transfer. For our bank details please contact us.

• We are open to all, you do not have to be LGBTQ+ to come on our expeditions or adventures. You need to agree to our equality for all and non-discriminatory policy.

• You can pay in America Dollars, Euros, Canadian Dollars, Swiss Francs and any number of other currencies. When you pay with your credit card our website will convert the price advertised into your currency according to the currency exchange rates on that day. If you would like to know exactly how much that is before paying please contact info@prideexpeditions.co.uk on the day you wish to pay.

• A deposit holds your place on a trip and is refundable until enough deposits have been received for the trip to be viable. At this stage you will be issued with an expedition confirmation notice. This is the point in-country bookings will be made and your deposit will become non-refundable. Once an expedition has been confirmed you will receive a payment schedule detailing payment deadlines for the expedition or trip.

• If you wish you can pay for the expedition or UK adventure in one payment or split it out according to the payment schedule depending on your financial situation.

For UK Operators selling Packages in the UK, EU & Worldwide - Linked Travel Arrangements

If you have booked Package Travel Arrangements or Linked Travel Arrangements with the Pride Expeditions ltd then an insurance policy has been arranged by the Policyholder at their expense in the

event of their insolvency. This insurance is for your benefit as the Insured Person(s).

WHAT DOES THIS INSURANCE COVER?

If the Package Travel Arrangements or Linked Travel Arrangements booked through thePride Expeditions are cancelled or are cut short due to us becoming insolvent or having an

administrator appointed and being unable to provide agreed services, this insurance covers the Insured Person(s) (travellers booked with us) for:

If Cancelled Before Departure:

Loss of either deposit(s) or the full price of the Package Travel Arrangements or Linked Travel Arrangements paid in advance.

If Cancelled After Departure:

Following any Package Travel Arrangements or Linked Travel Arrangements being cut short:

1. the money back on any of the travel arrangements that cannot be provided; or

2. the continuation of the Package Travel or Linked Travel Arrangements, where we agree this is possible; and if the Package Travel or Linked Travel Arrangements includes transport of the Insured Person

3. the provision of assistance services and additional costs reasonably and necessarily incurred to enable the Insured Person to return to the original country of departure including, if necessary, the financing of accommodation prior to the Insured Person’s return.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Notify Sedgwick Claims Management Services as soon as possible, quoting the name of the Policyholder and the reference TOFI UK/1 2025 and giving full details of what has happened by one of the following methods:

If the Insured Person is abroad at the time and does not wish to make their own arrangements to get back to their country of departure then we will provide services to assist with their return to

their country of departure.
